In the Name of God Amen I John Wheeler of Newent in Gloucester

Mason being sick and weak in Body but of perfect meory and understanding thanks be to God

for it doe hereby make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

(that is to say) Principally I commend my Soul to Almighty trusting to be saved by the merritts of

my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my Body to the Earth to be decently Buried at the Discretion of

my Executrix hereafter named and my worldly Estate & Goods which it hath pleased God to bless me

within this Life I give and Dispose of as follows Impr[im]is I give and bequeath unto my Two Daughters

Anne and Martha, the Sume of One Shilling Each Item I give and bequeath all and perticular

all the Rest of my personall Estate Messuages Tenements lands & premisses Goods Cattle Chattells Writings

moneys & Creditts unto my Loving wife Elizabeth whom I make & ordain my Sole Executrix of

this my last Will and Testament And my will is further that in Case she my said Loving wife Eliz:

Cannott discharge & pay my Debts Legacys and funerall Expences my Desire is that she sell my

said Messuages or Tenements & premisses to Discharge the same And lastly I doe hereby revoake

disannull & make void all former and other Wills & Testaments by me before made In Witnesse

whereof I have hereunto putt my hand & seale the 14th day of December Annoq dom 1728
