George Wyman’s Will |
This is the last will and testament
Of me George Wyman of Oundle in the
County of Northamptonshire Wheelwright I
give and bequeath unto John Compton of
Oundle aforesaid Tailor and Staffurth Clarke
of the same place Watchmaker their heirs and executors
and administrators All and every my money
and securities for money Stock in Trade
Household Furniture Book and other debts
and all other my personal estate and effects
whatsoever and wheresoever Upon Trust
so soon after my decease as conveniently
may be to get in and collect my Book
and other debts and to sell and convert
into money such other part of my said
personal estate as shall not consist of
money and thereout in the first place
to pay and discharge all my just debts
funeral and testamentary expenses and
the expense of proving this my will and
then Upon trust to divide pay and retain
the remainder unto and equally
and between my Daughters Fanny the wife
of the said John Compton Sophia the wife
of the said Staffurth Clarke and
Maria Wyman to whom I give and
bequeath the same accordingly And
I nominate constitute and appoint
The said John Compton and Staffurth
Clarke Joint executors of this my
Will in witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand this fifth day of July in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty five
