This is the last Will and Testament of me George

Whately Holmes of Armidale in the Colony of New South

Wales saddler Subject to the payment of all my just debts

funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath

all my real and personal estate of whatsoever kind and where-

soever situate Unto my wife Mary Jane absolutely And

I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will and

guardian of my infant children In witness whereof I have

hereunto set my hand at Armidale aforesaid the twenty

fourth day of February in the year one thousand eight

hundred and seventy six.

Signed by the Testator as and for his last Will and

Testament in the presence of us both being present at

the same time who in his presence at his request and

in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our

names as witnesses John Harper hotel keeper Armidale
