Chancery case involving Staffurth Clarke

 

There was a legal case in Chancery in 1869. Charles Clarke and John Clarke sued their brother, Staffurth Clarke, as well as Ada Louise Clark and Lizzy Kate Clarke (aged 9 and 5 and daughters of the late George Staffurth Clarke, another brother), John King Watts and Tobias Norris.
