This is the Last Will and Testament

of me Ann Jackson

of Fordside, Ethel Road, Links Estate, Ashford

in the County of Middlesex made this seventh

day of September in the year of our Lord one

Thousand Nine Hundred and twenty nine

 

I hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint

my daughter Annie Swindells, of Fordside, Ethel Road,

Links Estate, Ashford, Middlesex and my son,

Fred Aldous of 451 Bury Road, Bolton

to be my Executors and I direct that all my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses

shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease.

 

I hereby give and bequeath unto

my daughter Annie, all my household furniture, plate,

china, ornaments and other household effects in Fordside

together with my jewellery except my gold watch which I

give to my daughter Sarah

I give my late husbands gold watch and chain to my

son Harry for his life and after his death to my

grandson  Kenneth George Jackson.

And I give devise and bequeath all my real and

personal property not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of, to

my children in equal shares.

Be it known that Ann Jackson of 15 Squires Bridge

Road, Littleton, Sunbury in the County of

Middlesex widow formerly of Fordside -

Ethel Road, Links Estate Ashford in the

said County

died on the 6th day of February 1940

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament

(a copy of which is hereunder annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal

Probate Registry of His Majets4y's High Court of Justice and that Administration of all the Estate which

by aw devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the

aforesaid Court to

Annie Swindells of 15 Squires Bridge

Road aforesaid Married woman

Daughter of deceased the

surviving executor named in the

said will

 

 

And it is hereby certified that an Affadavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shewn that the gross value

of the said Estate in Great Britain

(exclusively of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee

and not beneficially) amounts to £45-1-4
